My aim is to

enable professionals, academics and researchers navigate their career journey through executive coaching, mentoring and consultancy.

I offer coaching and mentoring to a wide breadth of people including

  • individuals with work related challenges or career transition decisions including considering retirement or self employment

  • health and social care professionals aspiring to become clinical academics

  • NHS leaders and managers

  • university staff aspiring to progress their careers

  • members of the health and social care research community including NIHR (National Institute for Health Research) staff and fellows
