Executive Coaching

I can help you understand, explore and plan actions for change in relation to work related challenges. This may result in you gaining new perspectives and becoming empowered to deal with challenges and opportunities. I provide a safe and confidential space.

I predominately offer sessions in blocks of either 4 x one-hour sessions with additional further sessions as required or 6 x one-hour sessions. Currently all sessions are delivered online.

Mentoring

As an experienced mentor but also drawing on my years as an academic, an NHS clinician, a strategic leader of organisational change and freelancer, I tailor mentoring sessions to suit your needs. I share my knowledge and experiences to enhance your professional and personal development.

Consultancy

I am happy to be approached with requests for a range of activities including:
